Ten weeks so far and kitchen is in full use now although stuff still to do. Dining room painting started today, so I had furniture to move and book cases to empty and the only place left for them to go is the hallway.

Goodness me - you are getting a lot of jobs done!
Kitchen and dining room is all one space so no choice really. Have to paint it all before we get new flooring for the lot. You can see now why I fought for the last 5 years against him even starting lol. :)
